We require stellar references, a clean background check, pet first aid certification, and that our sitters complete a two-part orientation process before receiving their first solo assignment. Andrea Borror/Owner
Andrea is devoted to providing Philadelphia with the best that dog walking and pet care has to offer, and providing pet owners with peace of mind, reliable care and most of all support through ALL stages of their pets’ life.

Andrea attended Villanova University for Biology, Temple University for English and graduated from Pratt Institute and received her degree in Graphic Design. She is a certified yoga instructor in vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga from Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide. She also is a certified Health and Nutrition Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Andrea is an equestrian and trains in dressage on her Connamera Pony Charlie, and LOVES her retired Dappled Black Welsh Pony Peter Pan. She currently resides on a farm in the country with her husband Tim. She is a proud stepmother to Sebastian an amazing freelance artist in LA, and his wife Hilary. Tim and Andrea are also the proud parents of a beautiful dachshaund Sardine, a Belgian Shepherd-Husky called Chef, a Jack Russel Chi named Pretzel and an Otterhound Chowder.

Maggie Aiello/Key Manager
Growing up in Southern Chester County, Maggie has been an animal lover her whole life. She made a move to the city after getting her Fine Arts degree from WCU and became a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach in 2006.

Besides selling houses, her favorite thing is getting cuddles from her 2 cats, Chica and Bean! Aside from being the greatest cat mom around, Maggie is also Walkies and The Cat Peeps Key Manager!

Clare Greene
Clare lives with her senior pup Woody in south Philly and loves meeting all the local pets through her work with Walkies and Cat Peeps. She also works at a local rehab vet office as an assistant and a canine sports massage therapist. She loves winning over shy pets with patience, snacks, and toys!

When not working with animals, Clare is usually pursuing one of many fitness hobbies or volunteering in her community.

Brieon Levin-Jackson
Brieon has been taking care of cats and dogs of the Riverwards (and beyond!) for the past 10 years. She has always been a pet enthusiast but (thanks to her husband's cat allergy), she is currently a dog mom...but loves being able to live vicariously through her clients cats! Senior and special needs dogs have a dear place in Brieon's heart after they adopted Sonja who came with severe anxiety. She was followed by 12 year old rescue dog, Greg, who was later joined by seniors, Kirby and Ted. Brieon is an avid DIY-er, so when she's not hanging out with animals, she can be found in her basement workshop or fearlessly tackling a project that will take forever to complete. Brieon is Pet First Aid Certified.

We only work with the best people and hold them to a very high standard!

What's an assigned sitter, and what do you mean by "get my own dog walker?"

It means just that! All of our clients receieve an "assigned sitter." They're the only person that will ever be in your home and walking your dog. It's the very person that you will meet at your regstration meeting, and also your dog's future bestie.

We do this, so that you the client can creat a relationship with your sitter, and also so your sitter creates a great relationship with your dog so should there ever be something amiss with your dog, or even home, your sitter can tell right away and report to you, and me if need be.

Walkies NEVER sends anyone to walk your dog that you have not met, and do not know is coming.
Can we meet our assigned sitter before our first service?

Yes! In fact, we insist! We require a registration meeting prior to the start of your first service, of course so you can meet us, but so we can ask you all the questions, so we are downloaded on routine, feeting, quirks and fav "spots" outside.
Are you Insured?

Yes we are! We are fully insured and laced up with a hefty liability policy for the safety of your pet and home, our employees and business.
Are there background checks on your walkers and sitters?

Yes! We have a 6 point vetting & training process for ALL of our employees:

1. Reference Check
2. Background Check
3. Pet First Aid Certification
4. Sitter Protocol Test
5. Orienation
6. Employee Shadow (new sitter joins vetran sitter on multiple walk/visits)
Are you really open 365 days a year?

Yes!!! We operate and provide walks, visits and overnights 365 days a year, rain or shine.

That being said, our Office Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am through 5:30pm. During those hours we are answering phone calls, scheduling request submissions, talking to clients, onboarding sitters, fielding requests, inquiries and questions!

The office is close ALL major and federal holidays.

We do check email intermittingly, and of course have an open line to our working sitters 24 hrs a day. However, no service requests submitted, or left on voicemail should be considered confirmed without a confirmation invoice.
