Walkies was recommended to us when we first arrived in Philadelphia, approx. 6 years ago. From the moment we met Andrea, or should I say Barrister met Andrea, we all knew that we could trust her to care for and pamper our baby.

She is much more than a pet sitter. Andrea routinely surprises Barrister w/ treats and toys, and is quick to point out when he seems a little under the weather. In addition Walkies has provided us with a sense of security in knowing that if an emergency at work happens, or we need to go out of town for a couple of days, Barrister would be taken care of.

If it was not for Andrea and Walkies we would not have even considered our new addition to the family, Sadie (our 6 month Boston Terrier). It did not take long for Sadie to become as attached to Andrea as Barrister. Andrea has provided us with guidance on house breaking, crate training and overall obedience.

We truly know that Andrea loves our pets as much as we do.

Before I got my puppy Buckley I never had a dog before. So when I set out to find a dog walking service I needed more than just a walker, I needed someone who will help me raise my dog and offer advice when needed. I interviewed several people in my search, but I knew almost immediately that Walkies was right for me and Buckley. Andrea was incredibly prepared, noticeably enthusiastic and most of all, instantly attached to Buckley.

Hiring Walkies was a no-brainer.

I work almost an hour away from my home. Every morning I leave at 7am and dont return until at least 6pm. Walkies is not just my dog walking service, it is my peace of mind. I dont think I could own a dog without the assistance of Walkies, and I dont think I could live without my dog! Andrea shows such love and care to my dog you'd think it was her own dog.

On more than one occasion I've found myself in a bind, whether its traveling out of town for a day, or running out of dog food, Andrea is always available to help. Her flexibility and willingness to help has saved me from countless days of potential aggravation.

Without a seconds hesitation, I would recommend Walkies to every dog owner I know. The first thing I do every day when I get home from work is go directly to the notes left for me by Walkies. Theres nothing like coming home from a long days work to a loving puppy and a note from a caring dog walker telling me what kind of afternoon my dog had.

I have had a really bad 3 months with a broken foot and two broken arms. When I called Andrea about adding more walks for her staff, she took over, assigned the walkers and took the whole problem out of my hands. It was so satisfying to know how much I could rely on everything working like clockwork - and it always has.
As much as I am thrilled with Andrea and her staff, I am most pleased by the professional way in which everyone conducts business. They are unfailingly reliable, which is what all of us who need this service depend on. The very most important thing is that Coconut, who is a rescue (we dont know much about his background) loves the girls. When he's happy, so are we!!!

Its hard to put into words just how pleased weve been with Walkies over the past two and a half years. Our dog Connie was a rescued dog who had been through a lot, so when we adopted her it was important to us to find the right person to walk her during the day when we were at work. We knew from the minute we met Andrea that she was this person. Her enthusiasm, warmth, and love of all animals is immediately apparent. Shes been such a good friend to Connie, and we know that we can always rely on her. In addition to Connies regularly scheduled walks during the week, weve also taken advantage of Walkies weekend packages for the occasional weekend getaway.

Quite simply, Walkies has simplified our lives and put our minds at ease. And, most importantly, were sure that Connie would agree.

The bond you have established with Giselle and Pucci, is readily apparent in many ways. It is a joy to see how excited and happy they are when you walk into the house. It is like long-lost buddies greeting each other even though its only been 1 day later! The depth of the bond was especially noticeable upon the return of your services following the year of Jims unemployment. Almost a year later and they couldnt get enough of you! Not only is the bond of love and joy that Giselle and Pucci have with you, but of you with them! Your attention to the nuances of both their personalities. and noticing when something is off with them is very much appreciated. The daily notes you leave indicating what what has happened, or is of concern is so very helpful for us as their parents to keep alert to their well-being and happiness. Also, when you leave voice mail messages, your care and concern are apparent.

Giselle and Pucci let us know how lucky they are to have you as a part of their lives through Walkies. Your trustworthiness, love, devotion and reliability are irreplaceable. We truly appreciate your loving care of our fur children and the sense of personal and professional responsibility you have demonstrated over time. Your friendship has been delightful.

Walkies has totally helped me raise my dog, Griffon. He was a rescue, had a little set of issues but has come a long way with their help! In addition to walks everyday, Andrea has helped me with advice, resources and just peace of mind that I couldnt put in to words without an entire website. They show up everyday no matter what the weather and there is always a note on how things went.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to you and Walkies for taking such great care of Jake and Tyler. Its obvious that you take great care of them and you truly treat them as your own - their reaction is hilarious (and incidentally the same one I get when I come home from work!) when Walkies get to my house. It's also great to know that they're well taken care of when I'm out of town on business, and that I can call Walkies for help if I'm stuck somewhere late. Thanks again!

We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful and dependable company that we can trust our Frenchie Stuart with. We love Andrea and would recommend her and Walkies to anyone that is in need of someone to take care of their four legged family member. Stuart looks forward to his visits every day! 

Our family loves Walkies! We are forever grateful for our sitter who takes care of our babies Winston and Tugger while my husband and I are at work all day. I always have peace of mind knowing that they are in such great and loving hands.
